Creating Measures and Metrics to Achieve Results!

Too many times we set ourselves up for failure by saying, “I’m not in it for the money.” Consider the fact that if you are not sustainable in your business, then you can’t provide value and solve problems through your quality products and services.

In an effort to set yourself up for success, begin with your Vision, your “WHY” to accomplish your goals and outcomes. Decide how you want to invest your time and energy on a daily, weekly, monthly basis. What are your measures, metrics, KPI’s (Key Performance Indicators) so you can see and achieve results? It doesn’t always have to be numbers, but that can be a good place to start.

If you are trying to schedule 10 appointments per week, how many phone calls, note cards, networking events, social media posts do you need to make, write, or engage in?

Identifying and implementing IPA’s (Income Producing Activities) and being accountable begins with ourselves and are most successful when they’re aligned with our vision, priorities, and goals!
